Payments and Lesson Tracking
- If paying your instructor in cash, ensure you track your lessons via text messages.

Provisional License
- Students must bring their UK provisional license to every lesson.

Legal Declarations
- It is a legal requirement to inform your instructor if you are under a driving ban
during the first lesson.

Monetary Responsibility
- Payments made to franchised instructors are an agreement between the pupil and the
instructor.
- Fastlanez Driving School is not responsible for these transactions.

Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a lesson.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in being charged for the cancelled hours.
- Contact your instructor directly to reschedule or cancel.

Test Readiness
- Instructors reserve the right to withdraw their car for your driving test if they
feel you are not ready.
- A minimum of 5 working days’ notice will be provided, unless you book the test with
less than 5 working days’ notice.

Lesson Cancellations
- Fastlanez Driving School is not liable for lesson cancellations due to mechanical
breakdowns.

Behavior and Smoking Policy
- A strict no-smoking policy and zero tolerance for abusive behavior are enforced.

Equal Opportunities
- Fastlanez Driving School maintains an equal opportunity policy, ensuring no
discrimination based on race, color, creed, gender, or sexual orientation.

Block Bookings
- Block booking lessons must be completed within 6 months of the first lesson.
- Refunds are not available for block bookings unless no hours have been used.
- If unsure about future lessons, opt for pay-as-you-go payments.

Complaints Procedure
- Address complaints with your allocated instructor first.
- If unresolved, email fastlanezds@gmail.com.
- The office manager will respond to emails during working hours (Monday to Friday,
9am–5pm).
- For urgent matters, call +44 7432
141572 and follow up with an email for clarity.
- For complaints about test preparation, inform us in advance to allow us to assist
effectively.
- Complaints raised after the test regarding preparation will not be addressed
retroactively.
